This website and its content — including text, images, and the project examples shown in our work section — are provided for informational purposes. The projects, clients and outcomes referenced throughout this site are illustrative examples used to demonstrate our process and are not real client engagements.
Enquiries and quotes
Submitting a form on this site — whether the contact form or the project questionnaire — does not create a contract between you and Mountain View Agency. Any quote or proposal we provide in response to your enquiry will set out its own scope, timeline and terms, which both parties would need to agree before any work begins.
Project engagements
Where we agree to carry out project work together, the specific terms — including pricing, deliverables, timelines, revisions and ownership of the finished work — would be set out in a separate project agreement signed by both parties before work commences.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the design, code and content of this website remain the property of Mountain View Agency. Client projects and their associated assets are governed by the ownership terms set out in each project's individual agreement.
